Bespoke / Personalised garments are non-returnable/refundable - however your statutory rights are not affected by this.
When returning goods by post please ensure to use a tracked delivery method as we would be unable to provide credit for any returned goods that become lost in the post.

Initially postage costs are payable by the customer however we will cover any such costs if the returned goods are deemed to be faulty or incorrect.
